Property Video Service

If you have decided to advertise your property through our estate agents, we offer a free video service, which is a professional video taken with a gimbal based high definition camera, and produced in our video editing office, with the Buy Spain Properties logo, which is then published in the major property portals, our website, and also on youtube.

If you own a Villa or land that you are selling, as well as a standard video, whenever possible (due to flying restrictions), we can also make a aerial Drone video and photos.

In the case that you would like a video of your property made, to try and sell the property yourself or with another agency who do not offer a video service, then please contact us to make an appointment for us to come and make the video for you.
We charge a fixed fee of €150 plus IVA, which includes making and editing the video with no logo, and supplying you the original and edited version in full hd, for then you to use the videos as you wish.

Drone Videos.

Drone videos are made using a 2.7k HD camara, the edited version for use in Youtube etc is converted to Full HD 1920 x 1080, the perfect resolution for any website or video site.

Gimbal Videos.

All other videos are made with the latest high tech mirrorless camaras ,state of the art motion gimbals and adjustable LED lighting. Original videos are made in Full HD 1920 x 1080, and edited at the same resolution.

Options

While the videos are being edited, included, we can add background music from a large selection of royalty free music we have available, as well as a large amount of overlay graphics should you want them.
