Almoines, Safor, Valencia, Comunidad Valenciana, España
Our reference 13864. A ground floor apartment situated in the very nice village of Almoines, just 2.8km from the city of Gandia, and just 5.6km from the beach of Playa de Bellreguard.
As you enter the apartment, there is a large hall, were we find on our left, 2 very good sized bedrooms, and on the right a lounge diner and the third bedroom. At the end of the hallway there is a bathroom with walk in shower, and a good sized galley kitchen, with door leading out to the patio, for use by this apartment only.
If you do not like the distribution as it is, we have had our builder look at the property, and making one door way, and a wall, could turn the internal lounge into a bedroom, and then one of the larger front bedrooms into the new lounge.
What needs doing?, the property needs reconnecting to the electricity, water is connected, as the property has been empty for a while, after reconnecting the electricity, depending on what you want to use the apartment for, you could just change the kitchen units and paint throughout, but if you want to reform the property for rental, we suggest a new installation of electric cables and sockets, a new kitchen, paint or change the internal doors, repair the walls and paint throughout.
The windows are wooden and could be painted, but with prices for windows of this size at around 100 euros per window, its probably worth replacing them prior to painting the apartment.
Ideal for rental, if you buy this property and have a basic reform carried out, we can guarantee to rent out the apartment for you within days, as this village has a lack of good rental properties.
Keys available, and now this property can be viewed, so please watch the video and contact us if you want to visit the apartment.
Please note the location of the property on the map may not be exactly accurate.
