Our reference 16592, bank reference 73840-0001. From the street you would think this property is just another town house, but once you pass through the front door, your opinion changes somewhat.
We have found documentation that this property was used for holiday rental and had the touristic license for a bed and breakfast or Air BNB.
You enter the house into the hallway, where there is the first of 6 bedrooms, then into a massive lounge, which leads to a large kitchen, a bathroom, of which the kitchen and lounge have enormous patio doors leading to a large internal patio.
From the patio, we see at the end, part of a building which looked like the previous owners were going to make bathrooms, and stairs leading up to another floor, but suddenly when we are in this bit of the house, we see a steel broken door, open opening it, with a surprise (that the bank have not even mentioned), enters into an enormous patio, more construction that we think may have been to make more bedrooms etc, and after that there is a garden as well.
Back in the back part of the ground floor, going up the stairs, leads into a massive bedroom with fireplace, small built in wardrobe, and a door leading out to a large terrace.
Now in the main part of the house, in the entrance, going up the main staircase, at the front there are 2 large bedrooms, of which one has a very large walk in wardrobe, there is a very large complete bathroom, another double bedroom, and the final bedroom, which also leads out to the large terrace.
The property is very dirty, and actually looks worse than it is.
The street is very nice, ample street parking, and just a few minutes in the car and you arrive to the large city of Gandia, or the very nice beach of Playa de Bellreguard.
