Our reference 16650, bank reference 35629-0001. A detached villa situated in a nice cul de sac, in the urbanisation of Les Foies, which comes under the municipality of Simat de la Valldigna, but really the property is actually closer to the very nice village of Barx.
Barx as a village, has everything to offer, has 2 small supermarkets, a couple of butchers, various bakers, other shops, many bar restaurants, pharmacy, doctors and a dentist, there is even a bus that goes twice a day to Gandia city.
Les Foies, is a rural urbanisation in the mountains, surrounded by natural beauty, is very pretty, the road to it is tarmac, but narrow, and there are no shops before you get to the village of Barx, but for walkers, dog walkers, cyclists, or for people who love nature, but not isolated from neighhbours, you will love the loaction.
This 2 storey villa is located at the end of the cul de sac, so no passing traffic, there is off street parking, but better to park in the street and make more use of the garden.
You will see in the video, as we enter the villa, there is a glazed terrace with metal frame on the walls and ceiling, the previous owners had this as another lounge, but when the bank repossessed the property, they did not keep the drain in the terrace above clear, the water filled up the terrace and eventually the water came down and damaged all the plasterboard, so the bank have removed the plasterboard to make it look a little better.
From this large covered terrace, you enter into the lounge which has a fireplace, to the left there is a cupboard which goes under the stairs, and the staircase to the next floor, to the right is where the kitchen is, and the first of the 4 bedrooms. From the lounge there is a hallway where is located a further 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs, there is a large bedroom, with small en suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace, if you dont need a 4th bedroom, this room would make a ideal second lounge due to the terrace and views, or games room etc.
According to the tax office records, it has a total build size of 204m2, but this includes the large terrace at the front of the villa and the small terrace where the BBQ is at the back.
We have done our best to show in the video the true likeness of the condition, yes it needs work, but for the loaction and the price the bank is selling for, its a bargain at just €54,000. Please note the bank who is selling the property have reduced the price for a limited period.
The 836m2 gardens are a little overgrown, but totally fenced, where there is a swimming pool, a bread oven, a place for doing a BBQ and washing the plates etc afterwards.
This is a bank repossession, but we do have keys available, if you would like to view, please watch the videos, and then contact us via email or whatsapp.
