Marxuquera, Gandia, Valencia, Spain.
Our reference 26030. Situated in a quiet area of Marxuquera but not totally isolated as there are neighbours nearby, this very nice detached villa has a nice covered terrace, then as we enter the property, there is a good sized lounge diner, with open plan kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a shower room at the very back of the house.
Outside in the main garden, there is a area for BBQ, a shed which houses the generator which currently powers the house, and the old obsolite water tank that can be easily converted into a swimming pool if wanted.
The plot is just under 10,000m2 in total and as you will see in the video and the photos, this consists of various smaller plots on each side of the track as you enter the villa, the plot where the villa resides, and then a further three plots passing the villa and at the very end of the track. All of the plots have irrigation tubes for watering.
The current owners are not really now farming the oranges to their full extent, the new owners will need to cut back the trees, to get a better crop next year.
Due to the sunny location of the property, the property would benefit from a solar system to save using the generator all the time.
Please note the location of the property on the map may not be exactly accurate.
Due to new outbreaks of Covid-19, in various communities of Spain, including the community of Valencia, of which includes Gandia and the area where we sell and rent properties, we have decided again, to temporarily close our office to the general public to protect our staff, of which some have no contact with foreigners. Viewings can take place as normal, with a previous appointment, and abiding to normal distancing measures whenever possible, and always wearing a face mask covering both the nose and mouth. Should you decide to rent or buy a property, we will explain there and then how to proceed regarding contracts etc.
Stay safe during this crisis, keeping to the rules, and we will beat this virus, togetherPhil Coombs
