The apartment itself as you will see from the video, there is an entrance, a fitted kitchen than has been designed that when not using the kitchen, the panels can be closed to hide it, then there is a lounge diner, balcony terrace over looking Calle Madrid, then a good sized double bedroom with its own complete bathroom.
Also the property is being sold with a storeroom inlcuded in the price on the roof of the building, unfortunatley when we went to make the video and take photos, there was a problem with the lock, this is why this part of the video is missing.
