Gandia, Valencia, Spain
Our reference 36147. Ideal for a single person, student, a couple just starting on the property ladder, of for someone who wants a holiday home in a nice location in the historic city of Gandia, this 46m2 apartment is situated nicely, close to Plaza de España, the main Paseo de les Germanies and in an area of shops, supermarkets and bar restaurants, also the central park is just a few minutes walk away.
The building was built in 1991, has a lift (elevator), and is in good condition as there is a well maintained community.
The apartment itself as you will see from the video, there is an entrance, a fitted kitchen than has been designed that when not using the kitchen, the panels can be closed to hide it, then there is a lounge diner, balcony terrace over looking Calle Madrid, then a good sized double bedroom with its own complete bathroom.
Also the property is being sold with a storeroom inlcuded in the price on the roof of the building, unfortunatley when we went to make the video and take photos, there was a problem with the lock, this is why this part of the video is missing.
The property is being sold well under market value, hence if you would like to visit the property, the price is non negotiable, as now its impossible to find anything the same in Gandia, in a building like this with a lift, for the same price or cheaper. We have keys available, so short notice viewings can be done.
With restrictions of Covid-19 relaxing in various communities of Spain and the end of the state of alarm in spain on the 9th of May, we are now able to travel more freely to visit properties, do visits and also do virtual visits, if you are not able to travel at the moment, please contact us, if restrictions allow, then we can go and make a video for you or do an onsite virtual visit. Although restrictions are now relaxing, we have decided to continue to keep our office closed at the moment to the general public. Any questions you have regarding visiting properties in our area, please call 0034 674890837. Please note: If you would like to reserve a bank repossession property, you will need a Spanish bank account open to pay the deposit, and some banks we work with also will require the NIE, when uploading the offer.
