As well as the community area at the back of the houses, this house has its own private patio to the side and front, the front one being for off street parking, but as there is ample street parking, you may decide to use this as patio rather than having the car there.
For those of you who love the beach, Playa de Miramar is a very nice family beach, which has good bars and restuarants, and is just 300m away.

The rental amount for this property is actually 450 euros a month, we have spoken with the owners, and if you are willing to rent the house as it is and do the little repairs to the paint work yourself, then the company that own it will let you rent it for the 400 euros, advertised.
Should you want to rent the property for longer than 1 year, after the first year the rent will increase to 450 euros a year there after.
Rental terms: This property is owned by a company in Madrid, they specialize in low cost rental properties in Spain. They rent the properties for a minimal cost, less than you would expect to pay if renting from a private owner, but they rent the properties as is, and the person who agrees to rent the property, will have to do any cosmetic cleaning and painting.
If there is any major damage, this will be repaired by the maintenance division of the company prior to you entering the property.
Proof of income: If you are living and working in Spain, and have 2 wage slips showing your income, with the wage slips and a copy of your ID, should be enough to get accepted to rent the property, but if you are not working in Spain and do not have any Spanish wage slips, the company request a years rent upfront which is €4,800, plus one month security deposit of €400, which the €400 will be returned to you, if when leaving the property, its in the condition that you received it, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
