Looking to live in Spain, not sure whether to buy or rent, then take this great opportunity to rent this very large modern house with communal swimming pool in Moncada, which is famous for its University, and also the fact that the house is just 12km to the very city center of the capital city of Valencia, and all this for just €750 a month.
Normally to rent a house like this in Moncada would cost you €1400 a month, it is so expensive due to the university which many students search for accommodation, that’s normally double the amount that we are renting the property for, so how do we rent the properties so cheaply?
This property is owned by a company in Madrid, they specialize in low cost rental properties in Spain. They rent the properties for a minimal cost, less than you would expect to pay if renting from a private owner, but they rent the properties as is, and the person who agrees to rent the property, will have to do any cosmetic cleaning and painting.
If there is any major damage or rubbish to be removed, this will be done by the maintenance division of the company prior to you entering the property.
This large house was built in 2013 in a very nice complex with communal swimming pool, patio areas and terrace, of which the communal areas are accessed directly from the rear patio of the house, but we will describe the property as in the video.
As you enter the house, you enter into the main hallway where on the left you have a fitted kitchen, a WC with toilet and wash basin, an internal patio for use solely buy this property, and the long lounge diner leading out to a small private patio, which then leads to the communal areas.
Back in the hallway, there are stairs leading down to the basement level of the house, where there is a very large storeroom and a garage for 1 car.
On the first floor of the house, there is firstly a bedroom with fitted wardrobe, and balcony terrace, and en-suite shower room, a single childs bedroom or perfect for a home office, a family bathroom with bath, and finally at the end of the hallway is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe.
Going up to the top floor of the house, there is a large room with connection for a washing machine, this could be used as another bedroom if wanted although we are not advertising it as one, hence 3/4 bedrooms. At the other end of the top landing is where there is a very private patio over looking the gardens and swimming pool.
