Our reference 77925. Reduced for the first year to just 225€ a month. A large apartment for long term rental or for sale, situated on the 3rd floor in a building with no lift, situated just off the square, in the lovely village of L´Olleria in the province of Valencia.
The apartment is in a well up kept building, and comprises of an entrance hall leading to a very large lounge diner which as you will see in the video was still some furniture to be collected by the townhall for recycling, this now has been taken, also you will see there is some cosmetic paintwork to be touched up, this will be done before you move in.
Back now in the main hallway, there is a double bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen (The kitchen units, hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine have only been used for 1 year during the last rental, and all in good condition. Off of the kitchen there is a laundry balcony where also the electric water heater is located.
Moving on down the hallway there is a complete family bathroom, next there is a bathroom with just a sink and toilet, a good sized bedroom with large fitted wardrobe, and finally at the end of the hall, there is a double bedroom and the master bedroom, both of which have nice views to the hills in the distance.
There is no parking included, but ample free parking in the next streets or at the bottom of the road.
After the first year, please note the rental amount will increase to 250€ per month, for the rest of the duration of the contract.
The rental amount was previously €300, the owner is renting the property for the first year for €225 a month, as some cosmetic painting needs doing which will be done by the person renting the property and not the owner, so if you are handy with a paint brush and some emulsion paint, allowing for buying a bucket of white paint, you will be still saving €265 for the first year.
Terms and conditions:
If you are working in Spain, you will need to give the following documentation to see if you pass the rental risk insurance before being able to rent the property:
Work contract, 2 months wage slips showing your income and that you have been working for a minimum of 1 year.
If you do not have this documentation, it is possible that you can have another person act as a legal guarantor.
1 months rent, 1 months deposit, and the rental risk insurance.
If you do not work in Spain, and want to rent the apartment, you will need to pay €2700 up front as the first years rent, plus one months deposit, and a minimal amount for the rental insurance.
