Tavernes de la Valldigna is located in the north-east of la Safor county, it is 56km from Valencia city, and is at the east part of the Valldigna valley. On the north the Massalari valley and the Agulles mountains, with two peaks called Les Creus (540m) and Massalari peak (598 m), the Mondúver mountain peak is located to the south. The valley has a river called Vaca. The city is located 15 metres above sea level, and has excellent beaches, just 5km away. as well as touristic mountain routes to the back of the city.

The nearest towns are: Cullera, Favara, Benifairó de la Valldigna and Xeraco in the province of Valencia.

Tavernes de la Valldigna has a train station but is not located in the town, nor the beach, therefore to get from the town or the beach to the train station, you would need to take a bus or car.

As Tavernes de la Valldigna is city, it has all that you need for everyday living, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc.
