I was a little wary seeing that it was an agency specializing in selling apartments to foreigners, but I called anyway. María answered, and from that moment on, everything was easy and they were very friendly. They arranged a video call so I could see the apartment again, showed it to me as soon as I could go in person, since I live in Madrid and we were under lockdown, and took care of everything until the very end.
