Prices from just €500 per plot! We have more than 60 rustic plots of land for agricultural use, situated close to the town of Simat de la Valldigna in the province of Valencia, Spain.
As there are so many, we have just put an example of what is available for sale, but if you would like details of all the plots currently for sale, please contact us, and we will email you an excel spread sheet which includes, the reference number, the price, the m2, the gps co-ordinates, and also the tax office records.
Please note, that we will not show the plots to you, if you are interested in any of the plots which are listed in the excel spreadsheet, you will be send the exact location, with a document showing the shape of the plot, and the size in square meters.
Not all the plots have access to irrigation water, it will be a case of checking when you are actually on the plot to see if a water tube passess the particular plot.
All plots are taxable when purchasing at 21% tax, plus Notary fees and Registry fees.
