Key holding: This is a good option just in case there is an incident in the house, where access is needed while you are away.
Visits: To visit the property now and again, on different days and times, one is two check all is ok inside (and outside if a villa), normally staying in or outside the property a different amount of time, to show people the property is not always empty.
Opening of the property: For maintenance to be carried out, deliveries to be received, or even receive furniture deliveries and wait there until the furniture has been put together.
Organizing workers: Should you want work done inside the property or out, and have found a builder or gardener to do the work, we can be there to open and oversee the work (recommended if they will be inside your property, and it’s a trades person that you do not know). If you do not have a builder, gardener, etc, using this service, we can organize trades people we know and trust to carry out the work that you want done inside and outside of your property.
Documentation: This option you will have to give Phil, the owner of Buy Spain Properties, powers of attorney to sign any document relevant to your property, in a public or private institution in the area where your property is location, with the powers Phil will be then able to go to the tax office, the council tax office and any other office needed to get payment bills for you to pay, especially if you do not receive the bills in the property, this is a good option, as if a bill is issued and not paid on time, such as taxes related to the council, they will fine you for late payment.
