Now you have signed the purchase deeds in the Notary for you Spanish property, and you have decided to use are company for the registering of it in the land registry, we can offer this service, below is the process:
With the Notary protocol, and details of the property, we generate the Model 600 document.
We email you the document, you will then print the document, and you go to your bank, pay the taxes, the bank will keep one copy, and give you another copy with the banks seal showing it has been paid. You can give us this document in person, or do a very high quality scan, not photo, and send to us by email.
With a copy of the original title deeds of the property purchased, we go to the liquidation office, register that the payment has been made, and then go to the relevant Land Registry to start the registration process.
Some land registries charge a certain amount up front, and the rest when the property has been changed in the Land Registry in to your name.
When the Land Registry has registered the property in your name, they will text message our company to go, pay the bill, or the outstanding amount if some money was paid before, and collect all the documentation.
We can give you the documentation in person straight away, keep in our office until a time when you can come to Gandia to collect them, or we can send you by DHL courier service to your address in your country.
Our fee for this service is €220.00
Please note that our service fee, does not include the cost to pay the Land Registry, nor the cost of sending you the documents via DHL.
Registry fees can vary depending on the Land Registry, at the time of writing this article, the last property we registered in the Land Registry number 2 of Gandia, cost €440.00.
