CEE Energy rating certificate.
A CEE Energy rating certificate is required by law, for a property to be purchase, sold or rented, after being issued, they are valid for 10 years (except properties with a rating of G, which now are only valid for 5 years), for this service, please see the options that we have available for obtaining the certificate. Second habitation license.
Although in the province of Valencia and Alicante, the law states that at the time of writing this article, that you do not need a second habitation license to buy or sell a Spanish property, in some provinces they have already made this compulsory. In general, the license is not needed in the province of Valencia or Alicante, unless you purchase a property from a bank source or group of investors, and there is no electricity or water connected, in most cases, we can supply you with the application of the second habitation license within 48 hours, and with this document and a copy of the payment of taxes, the water and electric company will accept your application to reconnect the services.
