Our company no longer carry out building works for our clients, but we do have access to a company and trades people that carry out very good work, at excellent prices.
Ángel and German carry out all kinds or building work, from demolition, installing windows, building walls, tiling, installing kitchens and bathrooms, roofs and terrace, in fact any type of building works in general they can do.
In one of our properties that we own in Palma de Gandia, Ángel and German demolished the top floor of the building including removal of brick and plaster rubble, rebuilt the top floor including new roof, windows, door, tiled the floor, and preinstalled tubes so Phil can finish the electrical installation, then they plastered the walls to a fine finish. They also removed the staircase which was dangerous to go up, ready for the installation of a new staircase.
On the first floor they demolished all the walls and ceilings, including removal of brick and plaster rubble, installed new PVC double glazed windows and balcony door, and tiled all the floor, ready for Phil to rebuild the distribution which he designed using plasterboard.
On the ground floor, all was demolished, including all the walls, kitchen and bathroom, they then added two wooden beams, installed new PVC double glazed windows and designer front door, they rebuilt the staircase to ensure all steps where the same height, and tiled all the floor and stairs, again ready for Phil to rebuild the distribution which he designed.
After all the works had carried out by Ángel and German, they left the house tidy, they are highly recommended for their work, honesty, there was no problem for them to have keys to the house, the cost they say for the work did not vary at all, nor did the quality of work and finish. During the building work, Phil gave money to Ángel to buy some building supplies, in the event that Phil was not available to go and get from the DIY shops what was needed, and at the end of the job, Ángel gave Phil all the receipts, and the excess money back.
Alex the plumber, can do small jobs for you, up to replumbing a complete property, including changing the sewerage pipes etc, he is fast and efficient and is not expensive.
In our property, with the help of Phil, Alex installed new water and sewerage pipes in all 3 floor of the property including on the roof terrace, in just 3 days, leaving no mess, and more importantly now high pressure water to the taps and no leaks. Like Ángel and German, Alex is honest, there was no problem letting him have keys to the house, and the price he quotes for the job, is the amount you will pay.
Aleksander Magnat is an absolute genius should you want a designer metal staircase built for your property, he came to the property with his translator, I explained what I wanted, he designed the staircase, and then came back to the property to show me the 3D plans of how it would look, and the cost to build, and install the staircase including the cost of a crane.
On the day of installation, his team arrived to install the staircase, and along with a very capable crane driver, the stairs was lifted partly in the first floor and the remainder on to the roof. His installation team worked hard all day to install the staircase, under Aleksander supervision.
Next Aleksander sent his team of finishers, they ground down any welding joints that needed doing, filled them, and repainted the complete staircase.
