If you are purchasing a property through our company, Buy Spain Properties, when going to Notary in person to sign the purchase deeds, Phil the owner of the company, will visit the Notary with you, help you in the officials office to prepare the deed, that the Notary will sign later, when he is ready to attend you.
Phil will go through the draft deed, translate and explain what is in the deeds, and then when the Notary is ready, he will translate verbally what the Notary is saying, while he or she is ready out the deeds to you.
Phil will then take you to the payment office, for you to pay the Notary fees, and ask for a simple copy of the deeds that you have just signed. He will tell the person who is preparing the printing of the simple copy of the deeds, what sale it is, and who you are, so when they have printed all, they will come and give the document to you.
No matter what type of property you have just purchased from Buy Spain Properties, whether its a bank sourced, a property originating from a group of investors, or privately owned, for purchasers attending the Notary in person (not just our company using powers of attorney), we offer this service for free.
