Completion with powers of attorney in the Notary for a bank sourced property supplied by Buy Spain Properties.

If after viewing a bank sourced property or a property that has originated from a group of investors, and have chosen to give Buy Spain Properties powers of attorney to complete the purchase in the Notary, we offer this service for free and includes the following:
(Please notice that the process is virtually the same as puchasing a private owned property, if not purchasing with a mortgage, but as you will see in paragraph 3. It is not possible to change, add or remove buyers names from the deeds.)
1. Going to the Notary on the designated date and time for the completion.
2. Checking that the official has the correct name and details of the buyers, the correct details of the property, and the price.
3. Signing on the buyers behalf in the Notary the new title deeds. Please note it is not possible to change anything in the deeds that was not put in the application to buy form when you initially made the offer, for example, if when placing the offer, in the application to buy form, it was put that you were buying alone, in the Notary it will not be possible to add another person into the deeds.
4. After the signing of the deeds, go to the payment official, get the invoice of the Notary fees, and send to you for making the payment by bank transfer.
5. The Notary will send directly to you a copy of the deeds.
