If after viewing a property with our company which is privately owned and not originated from a bank source or group of investors, you have decide that you woul like to purchase the property and have chosen to give Buy Spain Properties powers of attorney to complete the purchase in the Notary, we offer this service for free and includes the following:

(Please notice that the process is virtually the same as puchasing a bank sourced property or from a group of investors, the difference being that as long as you are not purchasing with a mortgage, it is possible to change, add or remove buyers names from the deeds prior to signing, for example, the buy and sell contract could be in just one name and afterwards, you want you husband or wife in the deeds, this is possible, but what names which will be in the deeds, we will need powers of attorney to sign for each person, so best to decide who will be buying before issuing the powers of attorney.

1. Going to the Notary on the designated date and time for the completion.
2. Checking that the official has the correct name and details of the buyers, the correct details of the property, and the price.
3. Signing on the buyers behalf in the Notary the new title deeds.
4. After the signing of the deeds, go to the payment official, get the invoice of the Notary fees, and send to you for making the payment by bank transfer.
5. The Notary will send directly to you a copy of the deeds in PDF format.
