We can offer various legal packs for purchasing or selling a Spanish property.

If you are purchasing a property through our company Buy Spain Properties, and you do all the legal work yourself or by your lawyer, Phil, the company owner will go with you to the Notary for free, translate for you, and help you in the Notary.
If you decide that you cannot or do not want to attend at the Notary to complete the purchase, Phil can complete the sale for you, signing with powers of attorney. There is a fee for this service.

If you are buying though through are company, but do not want to use the services of a lawyer, Phil can deal with all the legal documentation, from start to finish, including in the Notary. There is a fee for this service.

Phil can offer one of these services above for a property that you are buying from another estate agent or direct from the owner. There is a fee for this service.
