2. Medium, which is initial visit to the property, with you and the builder, translating all, 3 visits a week to the property to make sure the build is being done correctly, and video calls to you show the work and progress. Also with this option, the project manager, can advise of any possible changes during the build that may benefit the finish of the property, including extra costs for materials and builders fees if any.
3. Full, which is initial visit to the property, with you and the builder, translating all, costings of what the materials will cost, and where the products will need to be purchased, the costings will be supplied to you weekly in an Excel spreadsheet to see how the budget is going. When costing for materials, due to the increasing prices of materials, always allow a bit more that you budgeted for, also if you decide to make changes during the build process, this may increase the total build cost.
