Built in 2010, the property consists of a long entrance hall, which off of this hall is the lounge diner, kitchen, bedroom 1, family shower room, and master bathroom with its own on suite shower. We have made a detailed video of what needs to be done to make the property liveable, but to sum out the work room by room:

Hallway, rewire from the fuse box to the main distribution box, and install RCD´s in the fuse box itself, replace all light switches and sockets. Some plastic covers are missing from the top boxes, but these are just 1 euro each and can be replaced by anyone.

Lounge diner, replace part of the window (top section). Replace light switches and sockets, and replace cover of the preinstallation of air conditioning and the cover of the main distribution box for this part of the apartment, also the door and architrave will need to be replaced.

Kitchen, if you are happy with the dark wall tiles, there is no point to put tiles where they are missing as the will be covered by the new kitchen units and worktop that you will need to install, again light switch and sockets will need to be replaced. Regarding plumbing, the stop taps for the sink and dishwasher are missing. This kitchen door which will need to be replaced, is a door that slides inside the wall, so a new door and architrave as the mechanism for the sliding door and the cassette are all there and in good condition. There is also a small amount of skirting board tiles missing.

The first bedroom, is replace the door and architrave, replace the light switches, sockets, and install fitted wardrobes and doors. There is a small superficial crack in the wall but this is not structural and will need sanding, filling, and painting.

The hallway family bathroom, really is to change all, including re tiling, new vanity unit and sink, new toilet, shower cubicle, and also replace the door and architrave, replace the light switches, and socket.

The master bedroom which is at the end of the hall, in the bedroom itself, is to replace part of the window (top section), replace the door and architrave, replace the light switches, and sockets and some plastic covers are missing from the top boxes. There are also some skirting board tiles missing where the bed was located.

The master bedrooms on suite bathroom, replace the door and architrave, install a new toilet, install a P trap, stop tap and tap for the sink, replace shower mixer taps. There is a small crack in one of the tiles by the sink.

In general most of the plastic covers are missing from the top electricity connection boxes.
