Out of the options for paying taxes on your behalf and the work involved for the registration process of your Spanish property, this can be the most expensive.
When signing the purchase deed in the Notary, the Notary will ask if you want them to do the work including paying taxes and the registration process, if you agree, when you go to pay the fees for the signing of the deeds, they will also calculate and give you what they call a provision of funds, which will include all.

Payment of the Land Registry.
Payment of the deeds that you have just signed.
Payment for their work to pay the taxes and the registration process. (Please request their fees before accepting that they register the property for you as some charge a lot of money for this service).
As the amount could be in total, larger than what you can pay on your credit or debit card, they will also give you a bank account number to make the transfer, and the concept to put on the transfer, which will be the protocol number.
Once you have made the bank transfer, it is important that you email a copy of the payment to the Notary, or go there and give a copy to one of the staff in the payments office of the Notary.
Important: If you are late paying and the taxes have not been paid within 30 days, and not showing in the Liquidation office of the Land Registry, you will incur a fine for every day after the 30 days for late payment. Also, until the property is registered in your name, it will remain in the previous owner’s name.
