You have seen a property on our website Buy Spain Properties that your are interested in, but can not come to Spain to view the property, we offer a free service where we can do an online video call which includes:
1. Video of the exterior of the property or building, with an truthful explication of how the area is, and what normally properties sell for in the area.
2. If the property is an apartment, a video of the entrance, and the stairs etc, to show if the community of owners look after the building.
3. Inside the property itself, first will be a video walk through, showing the distribution of the property, followed by a fault finder video, were you will be told of any faults seen by our sales staff.
4. You do not like totally the distribution and would like to knock down walls or change the distribution?. Should this be the case, you can ask that we have a look, and we can video what needs changing and if any structural work would need to be done if possible. Our sales staff will have a digital laser measure with them, so please do not hesitate to ask for rooms sizes.
Please note that if you would like a detailed floor plan with sizes, we do charge for this service, and the cost will depend on the size of the property, when you in the video call with one of our sales staff, if you decide that you would like floor plans drawn up, please ask the price of this.
