The price is from 85 euros a night for short term rental, which changes through out the year, depending on the month, and whether its in high or low season, and includes 30 tickets to use the swimming pool if the pool is open, for longer stays of more than a week, 40 tickets, also includes electric and water and internet use. (Tickets for the pool and electricity costs are only included for short term holiday rentals).
A fully equipped, 2 bedroom apartment that can sleep a maximum of 4 adults, with parking included, situated 140m from the beach, in Playa de Daimus, Valencia. Has a swimming pool (open mid June until the middle of September), tennis court, gardens. I have tried to make this apartment feel like a home from home, I hope you enjoy your stay.
The space.
A home from home, with lounge diner, with extending and reclining leather sofas, a smart tv with internet and Netflix and Prime Video preinstalled, and wifi in every room. There is a large ceiling fan with light, and hot and cold air conditioning. There is also an electric radiator in this area.
The dining area consists of a table and various chairs, a wall unit with glasses and wine glasses, cutlery etc. There is also a white chest of draws for additional storage. There is also an electric radiator in this area.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid, and soap and fabric softener should you want to wash clothes or towels during your stay. (The kitchen will be changed in Januaury 2026, and for long term rental will there will be supplied fairy liquid, and soap and fabric softener for when you arrive to get you up and running). Electrical items include: Oven, hob, and extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The water heater is 80lt. There is all the pots and pans needed, as well as cooking utensils.
There is no carbon monoxide detector as there are no gas appliances, but there are smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
From the center of the lounge leads to the small hallway, where there is the bathroom, it has a newly fitted vanity unit and sink, with storage below, there is also shelving and a tower unit. Also in the bathroom there is a large shower cubicle, a toilet and bidet. Toilet cleaner is supplied, as well as toilet rolls. (The bathroom shower cubicle will be changed in Januaury 2026, and for long term rentals a couple of toilet rolls and toilet cleaner will be supplied when you enter to get you up and running)
The front bedroom has a bed of 150 x 190cm (we recently replaced mattress with high quality topper, a fitted wardrobe with shelving, chest of draws, and a shoe cabinet. Inside the wardrobe is additional duvets etc should you need any. There are 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, and an extra chest of draws. There is hot and cold air conditioning with night mode as well as a ceiling fan with light. There is no radiator in this room due to the air conditioning can be used in heat mode.
The smoke detector for this area is located on the ceiling of the min hallway.
The rear bedroom has two 90 x 190cm beds with new quality mattreses (new 3rd october 2025), a bedside cabinet with lamp, and a fitted wardrobe with shelf, clothes hangers, and a chest of draws. Inside the wardrobe is additional duvets etc should you need any. There is no air conditioning in this room, but does have a large ceiling fan with light.
There is a radiator under the window, should you need to use it.
There is a nice front balcony terrace with ceiling fan, with outside sofa and 2 chairs, a clothes horse for drying with pegs. There is also an outside table should you want to eat outside, but as we did not want to fill the terrace up with lots of furniture, should you want to eat outside, just use the dining chairs from inside.
Parking. Included in the price is a parking space in the basement of the building. As the garage door is quite low, please contact me with the make and model of your car to see if it will enter in the garage, if your car is a SUV, it may not be possible to enter with roof bars attached or a roof box.
Pool. The pool has a lifeguard, separate access for wheel chairs. (Please note the pool is only open from the middle of June until the middle of September.
Access. There is a access ramp to and from the complex, and also access ramps to get to the promenade, and the beach and restaurants etc.
Please note that due to the property being rented, it may not be possible to have a virtual tour, so please watch the video, although since the video was made, I have made some changes for the better, including extra sockets in the bedrooms etc. added a mobile butchers block type trolley in the kitchen, and replaced the air conditioning unit in the lounge for a larger more silent version.
Long term rental. Should you wish to rent the property and the parking space for a long period of time, we will have this option available at the end of January 2026, once we have finished fitting the new kitchen and bathroom show cubicle.
The price per month will be €750 euros including the parking, water and internet, but will exclude the cost for t he tickets for the swimming pool and amount of electricity used. If you would like to reserve the apartment for 2026, please contact me, as at 25€ a day for all year, to live just a couple of minutes to the beach, I think it will be reserved very quickly.
Rental period is a maximum of 11 months, renewable if both parties are in agreement.
