Our reference MJDaimus. A long term rental holiday apartment (11 months contract, see below for details), fully equipped apartment, with parking space in the basement for €750 a month, this apartment, the owners have previously rented out, only in the summer months for €714 a week and have been fully booked every year.
Please note the apartment is available for long term holiday rental from the end of January, 2026. The apartment is currently rented until the 3rd of December, 2025, and then will have a new modern kitchen installed, and updated bathroom before being rented again.
This apartment with pool and parking has been voted by guests as: “Guest Favourite” One of the most loved homes on AirBNB according to guests, also the owners have been awarded by AirBNB as “Super Hosts”.
A fully equipped, 2-bedroom apartment, with parking included, situated 140m from the beach, in Playa de Daimus, Valencia. As the property has been previously rented on AirBNB, the apartment is supplied with everything you will need to live, even down to bedding, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv, leather sofas, absolutely everything you will need.
The space.
A home from home, with lounge diner, with extending and reclining leather sofas, a smart tv with internet and Netflix and Prime Video preinstalled, and wifi in every room. There is a large ceiling fan with light, and hot and cold air conditioning. There is also an electric radiator in this area.
The dining area consists of a table and various chairs, a wall unit with glasses and wine glasses, cutlery etc. There is also an electric radiator in this area.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with electrical items such as an electric oven, hob, and extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The water heater is 80lt. There are all the pots and pans needed, as well as cooking utensils.
There is no carbon monoxide detector as there are no gas appliances, but there are smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
From the center of the lounge, leads to the small hallway, where there is the bathroom, it has a newly fitted vanity unit and sink, with storage below, there is also shelving and a tower unit. Also, in the bathroom there is a large shower cubicle, a toilet and bidet. (The bathroom shower cubicle will be changed in January, 2026)
The front bedroom has a bed of 150 x 190cm (we recently replaced mattress with high quality topper, a fitted wardrobe with shelving, chest of draws, and a shoe cabinet. Inside the wardrobe is additional duvets etc should you need any. There are 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps. There is hot and cold air conditioning with night mode as well as a ceiling fan with light. There is no radiator in this room due to the air conditioning can be used in heat mode.
The smoke detector for this area is located on the ceiling of the mini hallway.
The rear bedroom has two 90 x 190cm beds with new quality mattresses (new 3rd October 2025 which are not being used by the current renters), a bedside cabinet with lamp, and a fitted wardrobe with shelf, clothes hangers, and a chest of draws. Inside the wardrobe is additional duvets etc should you need any. There is no air conditioning in this room, but does have a large ceiling fan with light.
There is a radiator under the window, should you need to use it.
There is a nice front balcony terrace with ceiling fan, with outside sofa and 2 chairs, a clothes horse for drying with pegs. There is also an outside table should you want to eat outside, but as the owners did not want to fill the terrace up with lots of furniture, should you want to eat outside, just use the dining chairs from inside.
Parking. Included in the price is a parking space in the basement of the building. As the garage door is quite low, please contact us using the contact form, with the make and model of your car, to see if it will enter in the garage, if your car is a SUV, it may not be possible to enter with roof bars attached or a roof box.
The complex:
Swimming pool. The pool has a lifeguard, separate access for wheel chairs. (Please note the pool is only open from the middle of June until the middle till end of September.
To access the pool, you will have to purchase tickets from the administrator’s office, which costs 60 cents a ticket, and valid for 1 use.
Tennis, there is a tennis court which is open all years round, tickets will have to be purchased from the administrator’s office to have the keys.
Access. There is an access ramp to and from the complex, and also access ramps to get to the promenade, and the beach and restaurants etc.
Please note that due to the property being rented, it may not be possible to have a virtual tour, so please watch the video, although since the video was made, the owners have made some changes for the better, including extra sockets in the bedrooms etc. added a mobile butchers block type trolley in the kitchen, and replaced the air conditioning unit in the lounge for a larger more silent version.
Long term holiday rental. Why a long term holiday rental and not a long term property rental?
Due to Spanish rental laws, the owners do not want to be tied down to a year property rental contract which can automatically be extended up to a period of 7 years.
The owners are open to renting the property for a longer period of time, but would mean every 11 months there would be a new long term holiday rental contract made for the next 11 months, if agreeable by both parties.
Should you wish to rent the apartment and the parking space for 11 months, the reforming of the kitchen and changing of the shower cubicle in the bathroom will be complete by the end of January 2026, and the rental period can start from the 1st of February, 2026.
The price per month will be €750 euros including the parking, and internet connection, council taxes, rubbish taxes, recycling taxes and community fees, but will exclude the cost for the tickets for the swimming pool or tennis court, and the renter will be responsible for the electricity and water costs during the rental period. If you would like to reserve the apartment for 2026, please contact us, as at 25€ a day for all year (based on a 30 day month), to live just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, with parking, we think it will be reserved very quickly.
Requirements:
To reserve the apartment, the owners request just €750 euros security deposit.
If you are a Spanish tax resident, you will asked to supply proof of income, or proof of retirement income, of which this documentation will be passed to the risk assessor of the rental insurance company to see if you pass there rankings, and if so a contract will be made and security deposit paid. When you enter the apartment, on the 1st of February, 2026, you will pay monthly, the 1st day of every month during the rental period, €750.
The security deposit will be returned when the rental period is over, and the apartment and parking have been returned to the owners, in the same state it was in when rented.
The risk assessor of the rental insurance company will not insure a person or persons who are not already living in Spain or are not long term Spanish tax residents, so if this is the case, the owners will not be able to insure that they will get paid the for the full rental term, so in this case, the owners will request €750 security deposit, and then when you enter the property on the 1st of February, 2026, the amount equal to the 11 months rental period, which will be €8,250.
The security deposit will be returned when the rental period is over, and the apartment and parking have been returned to the owners, in the same state it was in when rented.
Please note that if you decide to reserve the apartment and parking, pay the security deposit, and then on the 1st of February, 2026, you decide not to rent the apartment and parking for the 11 months, the security deposit will not be returned.
