Is your old kitchen in bad condition, old fashioned, or have you bought a bank repossession and there is no kitchen at all?
We can supply and install kitchens for all types of use, and budget, normally clients who have requested to have a kitchen fitted for rental, normally request what we classify as below, a budget kitchen. This is a 220mm long kitchen, with laminated worktop, basic sink and tap, electric hob, oven and extractor. In general to keep the kitchen at low costs, our materials buyer, will source the best products for the job at the lowest prices. In addition to the 220mm kitchen, other cupboards can be added to the configuration such as a pantry taller unit etc.
Budget kitchen:
This is a budget kitchen, bought in a kit, and is ideal for rental properties or clients wanting a updated kitchen on a budget, but can only be installed on straight walls, and is not suitable for L shaped kitchens. The price of the kitchen increases by colour shown below, with white being the cheapest and red being the most expensive of this range, the difference between the cheapest and the most expensive is 105 euros extra.
If you have no kitchen units currently installed, your tiles are ok, and the plumbing and electrics are in the correct place for connecting, this kitchen can be fully installed in just one day as layout below, including oven, hob, extractor, worktop, sink, and tap. Please note that these cheaper kitchens only have a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty, although we have installed one in a beach rental property in Playa de Daimus, and although the worktop had to be replaced, the kitchen is still going strong after 10 years.
The one in this rental apartment, we purchased two kitchens and modified them to fit the space which was there, even down to installing a exisiting dishwasher in the lower part of the tower.

Middle range kitchen:
There are various types available, depending on your budget, all units have a 20 or 25 year guarantee (depending the store they are purchased), and all doors come with high quality hinges. These are modular units, so no matter what your kitchen size, shape etc, we can visit your property and measure, and together we can talk about the way that you would like your new kitchen to be, including whether you would like to go for the cheaper option of laminate worktop or in granite, marble or silistone. You can also chose the colour of the doors, worktop, and end panels of the units.

In general in this type of kitchen, we install a Zanussi or similar brand oven and hob, and a high quality stainless steel extractor. Should you also want a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer, our kitchen fitter can incorporate these into the design, and also include in the total price including purchasing, delivery and installation.
Top end range kitchen:
There are various types available, depending on your budget, all units have and doors have a 25 year guarantee, and all doors come with high quality hinges, and draws and doors are soft closing. These are modular units, so no matter what your kitchen size, shape etc, we can visit your property and measure, and install your new kitchen to suit your needs and requirements. These kitchens that we install, are normally installed with granite or silistone worktops, highest quality sinks with spray taps, intergrated washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, Balay or Bosch top of the range induction hob, digital oven, designer extractor, and built in microwave.
There are also various colours to choose from, you choose the kitchen model, layout, worktop type, and what appliances you want, and then we can give you the price of the same kitchen, but in all colours.
